Features
Before starting operation, the operator must ensure that they have a full view of the operation from outside the vehicle, that the vehicle doors are open, and that there are no people or obstacles in the operating area.
The control commands are activated by turning the key, which will light up the LED indicating that the lift is in use. The lift is opened when the operator manually unlocks the platform, rotates it 90° until it is perpendicular to the side of the bus, and locks it again. Then, open the handrail and rotate it 90° upward and open the tilting platform, pulling it 180° forward and finally positioning the rear wheel lock vertically. To board/alight, hold the green button (down) until it reaches ground level.
The platform is designed for only one user per operating cycle. Wheelchair users must board with their wheelchair facing out of the vehicle, and users with reduced mobility must stand in the center of the platform and hold onto the equipment's handrail while the platform is in motion. After the user has boarded/alighted, hold down the red button (up) until it reaches the height of the vehicle floor. When boarding, after the user has left the platform, press the black button to retract the platform, leveling it with the luggage compartment, and then manually retract the lift.
After the cycle, turn the key to the off mode, which will turn off the LED indicating that the lift is in use.
